The Panama Ship Registry is recognized by the Guinness World Records as the country that holds the largest merchant marine in the world with more than 8 thousand vessels , which represent around 18% of the world fleet.
The Ceremony was being held at the presidency in Panama City on Friday December 15th, 2017.
